Our deepest condolences go out to the family. We were heartbroken to hear of John's passing, as we thought he beat the dreaded "C". We will always remember John, as he would always waive and say hello and we would stop to chat for a bit when we were walking our dog Zoe. We secretly called him Santa Claus because of his grey hair and beard, but mostly because he was a kind man and always smiling. John will be sorely missed by many. May he rest in peace.
